All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services — including evaluations, certifications, and clinical decisions — are provided solely by independent licensed medical practitioners who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party licensed medical practitioner. These medical practitioners are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any medical practitioner. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and NewportNewsMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent medical practitioner you choose to book with.
We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any medical cannabis certification, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a medical practitioner will accept you as a patient. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent medical practitioner at their professional discretion.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are permanent or temporary residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You must have a condition a licensed medical practitioner determines could benefit from cannabis use, and must hold a valid government-issued ID and proof of Virginia residency to access medical cannabis at a licensed dispensary.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent medical practitioner's posted policy. If a third-party platform or medical practitioner collects payment, NewportNewsMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you do not receive approval for medical cannabis following your appointment with a medical practitioner, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy.
